Near the end of the school year, 3 of the 4 Kindergarten classes went on the ferry from Bremerton to Seattle. I didn't bother with all the pics I took that day, but here are a choice few...
Evelena and Ben on the walk back to the bus. We had found out that we would be neighbors when we moved to our "new" house. Ever since, these two have been very good friends.
A group shot of the kids at the bow of the ferry. Ev is at bottom right. It was a bit foggy in the morning. You can see some of Seattle behind them.
We walked along the waterway to a grassy hill for lunch. The kids had such fun checking so many things out. Here is "Elena" (as she now calls herself at school) below the Space Needle. Pretty cool shot!
